Electron Microscopy Sciences Quantifoil Holey SiO2 Film R 2/2, Nickel 400 mesh Grid
QUANTIFOIL is a perforated Silicon dioxide SiO2 support foil with pre-defined hole size, shape and arrangement. Used in cryo-electron microscopy at magnifications between 30,000x and 40,000x. 2 µm hole and 4 µm period.
Electron Microscopy Sciences Formvar/Carbon Film 10 nm/3-4 nm thick on Thin Bar Square 1000 mesh Copper Grid
A formvar coated grid, stabilized with evaporated carbon film. This type of coating is excellent for specimen support, especially for ultra thin sections. Coated grids are optically checked followed by batch testing in the electron microscope. Packed in grid storage box. NOTE: All film is laid on the shiny side of the grid. Formvar is approximately 10 nm thick with 3 to 4 nm of carbon.

Electron Microscopy Sciences EMS Lacey Carbon Film 4-6 nm thick on 300 mesh Copper Grid
This carbon coated film on a broken pattern consists of woven-mesh-like holes of different sizes and shapes. This type of pattern provides support but does not interfere when observing specimen sections. All of our coated grids are optically checked followed by batch testing in the EM. Packed in grid storage box. NOTE: All of our film is laid on the shiny side of the grid.
